Admission Procedures


Documents to be enclosed

Attested photocopies of the following should be enclosed along with the completed application form:
1. Certificates bearing applicant’s date of birth, religion and caste
2. Mark list of the qualifying examination
3. Conduct certificate from the institution last attended.

Admission

Original certificates and four photographs (passport size -2, stamp size – 2) should be produced at the time of interview. Candidates selected for admission should pay the tuition fee for first semester along with all the other fees mentioned in the prospectus at the time of admission. For the subsequent semesters, the required fees are to be paid ahead of the semester registration. Delay in remittance will incur a penalty of 200.


Documents to be submitted at the time of interview and admission:

  • Printout of completed online application generated by the student.
  • Allotment Memo (Latest)
  • Receipt of fee remitted towards affiliation & special fee to the University with its 2 copies.
  • Mark list of qualifying exam and 2 xerox copies
  • Pass certificate and 2 xerox copies.
  • Certificate to prove date of birth.
  • Community certificate / BPL Certificate.
  • Transfer certificate from the Institution last attended.
  • Secondary school certificate (10th) and one xerox copy.
  • Conduct certificate.
  • Income Certificate in the case of SEBC candidates.
  • Migration certificate *
  • Eligibility certificate **

The original certificates are to be submitted at the college office at the time of interview. It is advised to keep sufficient number of attested photocopies of these certificates for any other requirements during the course of study.

The candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Boards other than Board of Higher Secondary Examination /VHSE/THSE of Kerala are directed to produce migration certificate.


**Eligibility certificate

To be obtained from the University of Kerala by the candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Boards other than Board of HSE/VHSE/THSE of Kerala. The above category of students should get their qualifying examination recognised by University of Kerala, if the same is not recognised already.
